Service: Heavy Duty Bulk Storage Racking
Who Our Clients Are
Marine Service Providers in UAE
We work with marine service providers like Qate Marine Service, Abu Dhabi operations storing long, heavy, and often irregularly shaped equipment that doesn’t sit neatly on a standard pallet.
These businesses usually need side-loading access for oversized items and racking rated well beyond typical warehouse loads
What Our Clients Need
Qate Marine needed a way to store equipment safely and retrieve it quickly, without forcing long or bulky items into standard pallet positions that don’t fit their actual stock.
Structural certification suited to Abu Dhabi’s marine and industrial sector requirements was essential, given the loads and safety expectations involved.
What We Offer
How We Support Marine Service Providers
We designed a heavy duty bulk storage racking system with deep, open bays capable of holding long and irregularly shaped items securely. Where longer stock needed side-loading access, we incorporated cantilever-style arms into sections of the layout, giving Qate the flexibility to load and retrieve oversized items without obstruction.
Every frame was rated well above Qate’s actual maximum loads, with wide, reinforced steel racking uprights to handle the concentrated point-loads that bulk marine equipment tends to create a different engineering problem to a standard warehouse pallet racks setup, and we designed it as one.
The result is one of the more specialised industrial racking systems we’ve delivered in the region, backed by full structural certification appropriate for Abu Dhabi’s marine and industrial sector.
